4 downloads are “waiting” and won’t start even though they are connected to many sources. How do I start them? And when one does start (any way to make them all download at the same time) the download speeds are less than 5kb/s. All help would be appreciated.

As said above, is there any site that I can download MP3 songs that won’t cause my videos to be deleted on Youtube? I tried Lime wire and several others to get them. The specific song I’m looking for is 3OH!3 – Starstrukk if ya’ll know where I can find it. Thanks!
