When I save a picture, torrent, or other file the downloads box appears, so I have to close it. It’s more of an annoyance than an actual problem I suppose. Is their a way to stop it from appearing whenever I save a file?

I do not see a choice or option of where to save a file using vista. If I select save on a download window it automatically goes to downloads file. How do I select a different place to save it to?
