Please help me how to block other people from installing softwares in my pc. I allow others to use my pc but I dont like them install programs without my permission. I am wishing that when they attempt to install they will be prompted to provide a password that only I could have. Please help. Thank you.

You will have to create an account for yourself in the Administrators Group. This will give you complete control over the computer.
Then you will have to create one – or more – accounts as Limited User accounts. These accounts will be for other people. You can give other people the name and password for a Limited User account and they will not be able to install their own software.
